Costa Coffee in Otley Town center.
The building was originally 2 shops which we had to knockthrough into one unit, and also enlarge futher by adding a rear extension.
The existing floor was in a bad way and also needed lowering. Floor boards and joists had to be removed and all new installed.
The building was then ready for Costa to start.
