Old felt roof covering on a garage removed and water damaged ply replaced.
New rubber membrane installed, along with new lead flashing along the wall abutment.
The rubber is in one piece with only the flue having a seal.
This ensures maximum life span of the covering as there are no joints that could fail in the future, unlike the old felt covering.
